Animal Lab facility Head

The Animal Facility Head is responsible for daily operation in animal labs under the supervision of the QC Manager, He will maintain animal labs capability through managing husbandry operations, maintain inventory, supervising personnel and organize conducting of experiments based on previous plans in coordination with animal care committee.

  • Providing direct supervision for subordinate technicians to perform routine and non-routine procedures and make sure that subordinates are following Biosafety and biosecurity standard regulations in handling of different experimental and test samples as per relevant SOPs.
  • Ensure that husbandry procedures/practices are in compliance with all vaccine valley quality, safety standard pertaining to research protocols and animal care& use committee Principles.
  • Responsible for organizing and conducting experiments plans for animal lab as per to capacity and priorities to execute the plans and ensure achieving production and R&D objective
  • Responsible for providing blood and serum for quality control testing via taking blood samples, swabs, tissue sample and culturing inside lab from different lab animals.
  • Inject the vaccine received from QC and R&D for evaluation experiments production batches, research batches and field studies as per GLP guidelines, Biosafety and Biosecurity requirements and animal law
  • Follow up operation, cleaning and disinfection of biohazard safety cabinets and isolators
  • Responsible for maintaining experimental records of animal and provide data to both of QC or R&D.
  • Coordinate exchange of animal isolators in an organized manner, within designated areas, to preserve, identity and prevent cross infection among research animals and other animal facilities.
  • Clinical monitoring of animals during husbandry or animal under testing.
  • Perform blood sampling from SPF animals, deliver of sample for Q.C (preparation of RBC)
  • Ensure proper handling of material (feeding materials and transfer cages)
  • Follow up waste treatment and transfer as per biosafety requirements

Required Education

  • Master Degree in veterinary medicine at least, advanced training certification in lab animal Biosafety and management.

Required Experience

  • 5 years Prior experience in managing laboratory animal facility; experience with poultry care and handling is preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

  • Capable of pursuing & processing of the samples with preliminary experimentation and testing of the samples inside the animal facility

Marketing Product Manager
.

Responsible for both product planning and product marketing annually (for short time by quarter and for long time annually). This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales force, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support function departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the sales plan and company’s overall strategy and goals.

– Bachelor’s of veterinary medicine
– 8 years at least experience in poultry vaccines business, minimum 4 of them in marketing.

– Develop the annual marketing plan including strategy and marketing message and control advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
– Preparation of launch plans including pre and post-launch activities
– Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material and product training.
– Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues
– Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed and electronic promotional material is being used optimally.
– Preparing product forecasts, and follow up with supply chain for monitoring inventory levels.
– Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences
– Visits selected KOL and supports the team to implement the KOL management
– Regular double visits with MRs to ensure right implementation of marketing plans, conveying marketing message, and assess message retention and recall.
– Data monitoring and analysis with providing regular reporting on country and territory performance.
– Preparing and conducting scientific activities (Group meeting, local and international congresses, stand alone, etc).

–  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent computer skills.
